Falcons Roll Past Titans!

The Notre Dame College Falcons continued their winning ways Saturday afternoon with a 91-60 rout over the Westminster (PA) Titans at Buzz Ridl Gym. Eric Dummermuth had his second double- double in as many days scoring 27 points to go along with 15 rebounds. Al Miller and Curtis Mclure added 14 points apiece for the "blue and white". The Falcons shot 46 percent from the field in this one. A 31 point win occurred despite a poor shooting night from three point country. The Falcons were only 3 for 16 from beyond the arc. The Falcons had a second consecutive solid game at the charity stripe shooting 75 percent (18 of 24). The two biggest difference in the ballgame were on the boards were NDC dominated 57-28. The Falcons were also +24 in second chance points outscoring the Titans 30-6.

The Titans had three players score in double figures. Ron Martino led the way with 14, Max Spinner and Cameron Mcleary added 12 points each for Westminster (0-3). The Titans shot 35 percent from the floor. It was a blowout despite the fact that Westminster shot the ball well from three. The Titans were 10 for 25 (40 percent) from downtown. McLeary was the best three point shooter knocking down 4-7. Notre Dame led this one "wire to wire". The Falcons will be back in action next Saturday after they take a break for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Falcons will once again meet the Harriers from Miami Hamilton Saturday at 4 PM at Murphy gymnasium. Notre Dame was a 105-49 win against the Harriers in the first meeting.
