Falcons Finish Strong.

The Notre Dame Falcons closed out the 2012-13 season with a 76-57 win over Trevecca Nazarene at Murphy Gym on Saturday.
  Five Falcons scored in double figures on the day. Lawrence DeArmond led the way with 18 points. Cam Carlin and Jarvis Huntley had 15 points each. Tyree Gaiter added 11 and Eric Dummermuth had 10 in the victory. The Falcons ended the season with a 11-15 record. They shot 43.5 percent for the game and hit five of 16 3-pointers. The Falcons were a solid 11-14 (78.6 percent) at the foul line.  The Falcons won the battle of the boards 45-29. NDC had 12 assists  and seven turnovers.
   The Trojans fell to 10-16 on the year.  Two Trojans scored in double figures. Marquise Rudolph scored 15 points and J.P Nayadaro had 13 in the loss. The Trojans shot 38.9 percent and hit just 20 percent (3-15) from the 3-point line. The Trojans went 12-13 (92.3 percent) at the free throw line. They had nine assists and 16 turnovers.
  The Falcons never trailed in the game. A pair of seniors closed out there careers with solid games. Cam Carlin had 15 points including a trio of 3-pointers. Eric Dummermuth closed out his career with the Falcons as the all-time leading scorer and rebounder in the 12 year history of the program.
