The ten miscues cost the Falcons 63 yards while the 10 flags cost the Panthers 73. NDC was led by Pedro Powell with 23 carries for 69 yards. It was the first time in six games that Powell did not hit the century mark. James Flowers was 14 of 42 for 106 yards 2 Td's and 3 interceptions. On the first possession of the second half for KWC after NDC would stop them on 3 consecutive plays the Panthers would run a perfectly executed fake punt. Then Owens and Smith would hook up again to make it 21-7. NDC would get within 21-14 as Flowers would connect with Paster on a 9 yard TD strike with 1:47 left. The Falcons would not recover the onside kick and it would take KWC just two plays before Darius Henderson would add a 21 yard TD run for the exclamation point on a 28-14 Senior day win for the Panthers. Bob Hansen (8 tackles) and Bo Grunder (7) continued to anchor the defense for NDC. KWC was led by David james with 8.5 tackles and Quadarius Wallace with 7.
