A Season On The Brink.

For the Notre Dame College Falcons (5-17 3-13 MEC)Thursday night will be the biggest game of the season as they face Glenville State who they are tied with for 10th place in the Mountain East Conference. If the Falcons have any aspirations of making the MEC Tournament in Charleston Thursday is a game they have to win.
Coach Tim Koenig said so after the loss to Fairmont State on Saturday:
" This is a playoff game for us. For us the playoffs start now. We have to do all the little things in this one. We have to take care of the ball better- play inside out- contain the dribbler- help the helper. We need to rebound the ball. We need to exploit any mismatches we have. We need to get loose balls" Koenig said.
Jack Kelsheimer gave his thoughts about the contest:
" Right now we are tied with Glenville State in the standings. Our goal is to make the conference tournament. To do that every game is going to be huge.  That being said, a win tomorrow would put us ahead of Glenville in the standings. So it is definitely a big one. " Kelsheimer said."
