Falcons Face Charleston Saturday.

The Notre Dame College Falcons (15-6 9-6 MEC) will head to Charleston to take on the Golden Eagles at the Charleston Civic Center on Saturday. You can catch video of the game at UCGoldenEagles.com. Tip time is set for 4 PM.
  NDC is coming off a 90-75 victory over West Virginia State Wednesday. Drew Scarberry drilled eight 3-pointer's en route to a career high 31 points- Kyauta Taylor added 24- Will Vorhees added a double-double (17 points and 13 rebounds-) while Ja'Sean Lewis was one rebound shy of a triple-double (10 points- 13 assists- and- nine rebounds. ) The Falcons had a 30 rebound advantage (55-25) in the contest.
  Vorhees pours in a team high 27.1 points per game to go along with 10.8 rebounds a contest- while Taylor adds 21.9 per night. After Wednesday's career night Scarberry is averaging 9.6 a contest and is shooting 49.6 percent from the 3-point line for the year.  Lewis stuffs the stat sheet as he averages 8.3 points- 5.7 assists- and- 10.2 rebounds per contest.  As a team the Falcons average 84.8 a night- while they give up 82.3 a contest.
  Charleston (12-9 6-9 MEC) is coming off a 79-65 win at home versus Urbana Wednesday. Dequan Abrom scored 16 points in the win- while Carlas Jackson and Ethan Snapp each scored 15. The Golden Eagles won despite shooting just 33 percent from the field in the contest.
  Charleston averages 79.0 points per game- while they allow 76.2 per night on the defensive end. They out rebound the opponent by more than five per game (38.5 to 32.9-) and- average 2.6 less turnovers than the opponent (13.7 to 11.1.)
 The Golden Eagles are paced in scoring by Cole Elliott at 18.6 per night- both Justin Coleman and Keir Anderson average 11.5 a contest- while LeJavius Johnson scores 9.8 a night. Coleman leads the team in rebounding at 10.8 a game and assists 2.6 per night.
  NDC won the first meeting between the two teams 75-70 at Murphy Gym on December 3rd.
